Good news for me, my toe is almost healed! It still looks really gross but it doesn't hurt to walk..so tomorrow I will have to attempt some running if I have time.
Cardio : Pilates- 25 Minutes of Pilates - I did the Buns and Thigh sculpting workout.
Pilates- 25 Minutes of Pilates - I did the Ab sculpting workout. Lots of stretching before and after :)
Abs : Exercise Ball- Sit Ups- 6 sets of 40 reps - side, center, side.
Exercise Ball- Leg lifts- 6 sets of 20 reps
Exercise Ball- Push Ups- 3 sets of 10 reps
I forgot how much the pilates ab workout kills :S I am going to be really sore tomorrow!
