I fixed my CD player :D I decided to go to the gym and run some laps on the track, alas, there was a basketball game going on, so I did cardio instead.
Cardio :
Stepper- 10 minutes on the fat burning program, can't rememeber what level!
Elliptical- 20 minutes on the cardio program @ level 4
*Stretching*
Abs :
Ab roller - 10 sets of 40 reps (alternating side-center-side)
One extra workout in this week! Pat on the back for me :D
