I hit up the stratford gym, the drive home was horrible though, the roads are really bad!
Cardio :
Track- 40 minutes speed walking/few laps running
Pilates- 20 minutes of pilates exercises from memory
*Stretching*
Abs :
Ab roller - 9 sets of 30 reps (alternating side-center-side)
Good workout!
