I was up late last night studying, and at 2:00am I thought it was time for a workout lol
Cardio : Pilates- 25 Minutes of Pilates - I did the Buns and Thigh sculpting workout.
Abs : Exercise Ball- Sit Ups- 6 sets of 60 reps - side, center, side.
Exercise Ball- Leg lifts- 6 sets of 20 reps - each leg
Exercise Ball- Leg crunches- 3 sets of 10 rep
Exercise Ball- Push Ups- 4 sets of 20 reps
No pilates tonight, too much homework :(
