A little sore, but I went to the gym after my micro class!
Cardio :
Elliptical- 25 minutes @ level 5
Track- 30 minutes running/speed walking
*Stretching*
Abs :
Ab roller - 4 sets of 30 reps (alternating side-center-side)
My abs were sore from yesterday so I cut the ab workout short.
