What a lonnnng day. at 11:30pm I finally got up the energy to exercise. Hey.. at least I did it :P
Cardio : Pilates- 25 Minutes of Pilates - I did the Buns and Thigh sculpting workout (plus some extra's). Lots of stretching before and after :)
Abs : Exercise Ball- Sit Ups- 15 sets of 40 reps
Exercise Ball- Leg lifts- 6 sets of 20 reps
Exercise Ball- Push Ups- 7 sets of 10 reps! woo hoo
Great workout!
