Forgot my sneakers so I couldn't hit up the gym with Gilly! It's almost better this way though, I want to go every second day to the gym and workout out at home on alternate days in hopes I won't get burnt out.
Cardio : Pilates- 25 Minutes of Pilates - I did the Buns and Thigh sculpting workout.
Exercise Ball : Squats- 3 sets of 10 reps, I almost died. I am NOT used to working my quads :S
Leg Raises- 3 sets of 25 reps/per leg
Crunches- 3 sets of 30 reps- still sore from yesterday since I haven't worked my ab muscles in a while.
