The gym was really empty today which was nice, no competing for machines :)
Cardio : Elliptical- 15 minutes on program 6 @incline 8-12 @intensity 7-10 Treadmill - 25 minutes alternating 5 minutes running @ 5.5 mph @ 1.0 incline and speed walking @4.0 mph @incline 7.0
*Stretching*
Abs : Ab Roller - 5 sets of 30 reps Crunches - Decline Bench - 3 sets of 20 reps, holding 10lb medicine ball Knee Raises - 3 sets of 10 reps
