Study break workout!
Cardio : Track- 1 hour power walk with Gilly Bean.
*Stretching*
Abs : Exercise Ball - 3 sets of 30 reps Ab Roller - 4 sets of 30 reps
Lots of stretching, a few pilates moves and donkey raises?? as well!
