Yee Haww!!
Finally, back to the gym! I have to admit, winter makes me LAZY!!!

Once the hint of spring is in the air I always get my arse in gear, I know I know.. I need to keep it up all year round, so I'm not prefect.. sue me :P

Today...

Cardio :
Track- 10 minutes warm up on the track, mostly jogging.
Elliptical- 25 minutes on the aerobic program

*Stretching*

Abs :
Ab roller - 7 sets of 40 reps (alternating side-center-side)

I was crunched for time, but I did peek in at the machines in the weight room and I believe they are from the early 1900's lol, I've concluded I am renewing my membership at the AFC before I start any resistance training.
