Yesterday I walked 4 humane society doggies on the trail, some like to jog others kept weaving to the left then right.. which made it impossible to jog lol! I also went for a run later in the evening, not too long though, shopping took up most of my time ;)

Here's what I did at the AFC today..

Cardio :
Elliptical- 15 minutes on program 6 @incline 8-14 @intensity 6-7
Treadmill -20 minutes Speed walking @4.0 mph @incline 4.5-7.5. I would rather run on the treadmill then speed walk at an incline of 7.5, it BURNS!

*Stretching*

Circuit :
Pecs - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 60/70
Vertical Bench - 2 sets of 10/10 reps @40/40
Tricep Machine - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 40/40
Leg Extension - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 60/60
Seated Leg Press - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 90/90

Abs :
Ab Roller - 3 sets of 25 reps
Crunches (Decline Bench) - 3 sets of 20 reps, holding a 10lb medicine ball.
Knee Raises - 3 sets of 10 reps
