Yesterday I went for a walk on the boardwalk with Charles, it was calming but a little too chilly for me! Today I went to the UPEI gym.
Cardio : Track- 25+ laps, I lost count. Running and speedwalking. Elliptical- 10 Minutes on the hill setting Bike- First time on the bike @upei, not sure what I think about it, I did 10 min on the hill setting.

Abs : Ab Roller - 10 sets of 30 reps
