Yesterday I went to the Humane Society and spent nearly 2 hours walking dogs on the trail. I did a lot of jogging, the dogs could jog forever and a day, I get winded easily (damn athsma):P Mind you, one of the dogs I walked (German Shepherd) was so big that my jog/run was just a mild walking pace for him lol!
The Humane Society Annual Dog Jog is on Sunday, June 5th, so it's time to get in shape for the 5k jog! Charles and I are going to take a dog from the HS with us for the run as we don't have a dog of our own.
It's a great fundraiser for the Humane Society, anyone who's interested can email me for info!
