Cardio : Elliptical- 25 minutes on program 6 @incline 8-12 @intensity 6-7 Treadmill - 10 minutes Speed walking @4.0 mph @incline 4.5-7.5.
*Stretching*
Circuit : Pecs - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 60/70 Vertical Bench - 2 sets of 10/10 reps @30/40 Tricep Machine - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 30/40 Leg Extension - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 50/60 Seated Leg Press - 2 sets of 10 reps @ 80/90 Leg Curls - 2 sets of 10 reps @50/60 Ab Machine - 3 sets of 15 reps @ 90/100/100
Abs : Ab Roller - 7 sets of 40 reps (side/center/side)
