Here is Wednesday and Today's workouts..
Wednesday
Cardio : Stepper- 20 minutes on the fat burning program, Intensity 6 Treadmill- 10 minutes speed walking @3.9mph @incline 7.0
*Stretching*
Abs : Ab roller - 7 sets of 30 reps
Later in the day I also went to the Humane Society all alone (Charles worked again) and walked the canine crew!
Thursday
Cardio : Elliptical- 15 minutes on program 5, Incline 8-13, Intensity 6 Treadmill- 10 minutes speed walking @3.9mph @incline 5.0
*Stretching*
Abs : Ab roller - 7 sets of 30 reps Hanging Knee Raises - 3 sets of 12 reps Decline Bench Sit-Ups - 3 sets of 20 reps, holding a 10lb medicine ball Medicine Ball Twists - Decline Bench- 3 sets of 20 reps, holding a 10lb medicine ball. I did 20 sit ups then 20 twists, really burns!
My mp3 player died after only 10 minutes of cardio, I HATE when that happens!
The AFC now has a screen in the cardio room that displays info about health/nutrition and ads for companies that offer AFC discounts! It's has interesting info, I mean I know about trans fats and the stats concerning obesity in canada, but I am sure lots of people don't and PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW! I guess it's the nutrition student in me that's excited :P Woo Hoo
