I haven't been able to get into the gym, or do anything over the past few days, it's work and sleeping for me Image hosted by TinyPic.com what a life I tell ya! It won't happen often thankfully, but the scheduling was bad for this weekend. Not that it would matter if I wasn't working because my cars break pads are worn out and I couldn't get an appointment until tuesday at the garage. Lucky me! Image hosted by TinyPic.com

With all that kafuffle aside here's what I did today in the comfort of my home..


Cardio :
Pilates- 25 Minutes of Pilates - I did the Buns and Thigh sculpting workout.

Abs :
Crunches- 5 sets of 50 reps
Exercise ball crunches- 5 sets of 30 reps
Leg lifts (exercise ball)- 3 sets of 10 reps. This exercise strengthens the abs (core). Lie flat on your back, hold the exercise ball between your feet and lift your legs up, you'll feel quite the burn!
