My back is sore from tanning :(
Cardio : Treadmill - 30 minutes :28 minutes speed walking @4.0 mph @incline 7.0, 2 minutes cool down @3.5 mph @ inlcine 3.5
*Stretching*
Circuit : Pecs - 3 sets of 10/10/8 reps @ 7/7/8 Vertical Bench - 3 sets of 10/10/6 reps @3/3/4 Tricep Machine - 3 sets of 10/10/8 reps @4/4/5 Leg Extension - 3 sets of 10/10/8 reps @6/6/7 Seated Leg Press - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 9/9/10 Leg Curls - 3 sets of 10/10/8 reps @6/6/7
Abs : Hanging Knee Lifts - 3 sets of 10 reps Ab Roller - 5 sets of 30 reps
I also figured out how the circuit machines are labled according to weight, each smaller slab is 5lbs and the large slabs are 10lbs, from now on I will be posting in lbs!
