Saturday @ the AFC
Cardio : Treadmill - 25 minutes speed walking @4.0 mph @incline 7.0, mixed in 7 minutes of Running @ 5.7 mph @incline 1.0, the rest speed walking
*Stretching*
Abs : Hanging Knee Lifts - 3 sets of 10 reps Ab Roller - 6 sets of 25 reps Decline Sit-Ups - 3 sets of 20 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball. Ab Machine - 3 sets of 12 reps @ 90/100/100
Also went for a tan, I don't plan on making it a habit, but even my mom suggested I get a base tan before I am out in the sun too much, I hate feeling pasty :S
