Yesterday I volunteered all by myself at the Humane Society because Charles worked, this meant that I had to walk all the dogs alone, many of them are big and extremely energetic which meant I got a nice arm workout and lots of walking/being pulled :P
I also went to the gym later in the evening!
Cardio : Elliptical - 25 minutes : Program 6, @ incline 8-11 @ intensity 6 Treadmill - 15 minutes speed walking @3.9 mph @incline 6.0-12.0
*Stretching*
Abs : Ab Roller - 7 sets of 30 reps
My upper body was much too sore for the circuit, good workout!
