I went to a Humane Society meeting@ 7pm after I woke up at 6pm, so I didn't have time to hit up the Gym, but I DID go outside even though it was raining and the grass was wet! Thank god for splash pants and warm sweaters!
Boot Camp Continues:
Sprints X 4 then Pushups X 15- I actually did 15 decent push ups, I never knew I had it in me. It's all in the form!
Sprints X 4 then V-Sits X 15
Sprints X 5 then 5 Superman's (held 5 seconds each)
Sprints X 3 then Sit-Ups X 10
Sprints X 3 then Lying Cycle X 75
Sprints X 3 then Star Jumps X 15- I told Charles I wasn't doing any star jumps today , but he made me do them anyways. I almost threw up and my legs DID give out on me.
Push Ups X 5
It's such a new way of working out, I felt sick for a good hour after the workout, I think it's because I ate supper late in the evening. My legs are killing me, but I just keep thinking about the beach and that's motivation in itself!
