Well well well, I haven't been updating. I haven't been to the AFC in a while, but I have been doing pilates every second day, sometimes twice a day! Alas, I decided at 10pm tonight that I would go outside with Charles as my drill instructor and get sweaty! We have a huge field right behind our backyard, which worked perfectly.
The night was cool, the grass was damp, which was excellent for working out!
Here's what I did :
Sprints X 4 then Pushups X 5-(yeah, I suck at push ups, trying to remedy that)
Sprints X 3 then Sit Ups X 30
Sprints X 4 then V-Sits X 8
Suicides X 5 then Pushups X5 
Suicides X 4 then Lying Cycle X 50
Suicides X 4 then Star Jumps X 10 (Oh my, I thought I was going to die) Then jogged in!
The star jumps are so hard after the sprints/suicides, basically you crouch down and use all your leg energy to spring yourself from the crouched position and try to do a jumping jack as high as you can in the air. I thought I was going to hurl. Difference between sprint and suicides: For sprints I had to get to a location, while for suicides I never actually got anywhere, no pausing, I just kept getting redirected by the use of a flashlight!
I have never ever worked out like that before in my life, it was unbelievably hard, but I loved the adrenaline rush!
Going to hit up the gym tomorrow and hopefully get out for another night workout!
