I made my triumphant return to the AFC today with Gilly at my side!
It was difficult, my legs felt like rubber after cardio and my lungs felt really weak, but hey, it's a start.
Cardio : Elliptical - 30 minutes, Level 5 @ Intensity 7 & Incline 7-11
Circuit : Pecs - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 30/30/30 lbs Lat Pullbacks - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 30/40/50 lbs Vertical Bench - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 15/15/15 lbs Tricep Machine - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 15/15/20 lbs Leg Extension - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 25/30/30 lbs Seated Leg Press - 3 sets of 12 reps @ 80/90/90 lbs Leg Curls - 3 sets of 10 reps @25/25/30 lbs Lat Pull Downs - 3 sets of 10 reps 45/45/45 lbs Bicep Curls - 3 sets of 10 reps @15/15/15 lbs Ab Machine - 3 sets of 12 reps @90/100/110 lbs Standing Calf Raises - 3 sets of 10 reps
