Time to get back in the saddle baby*

Yeah, I went on gym hiatus again for a few weeks, no worries though. 
Cardio : Treadmill- 32 Minutes @ incline 5.0 @ 3.7-3.8 mph - I wanted to go for longer but I wore gym socks that started giving me a blister on my left heel. Gross.
*Stretching*
Abs : Sit Ups (Decline Bench) - 4 sets of 15 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball Ab roller - 10 sets of 30 reps (side/center/side) Leg Lifts - 4 sets of 15 reps Medicine Ball Twists - 3 sets of 20 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball.
I was in a bad mood and really didn't want to go to the gym but I knew that going would make me feel better, sure enough, it did.
