Even though I no longer have a MP3 player I decided to go to the gym, I normally wouldn't bother, but I wasn't about to let those robbers ruin my workout streak!

Cardio :
Elliptical - 15 minutes @ inlcine 9-12 @ intensity 6
Treadmill - 15 minutes @ inlcine 5.0-7.0 @3.5-4.0 mph

Abs :
Hanging Knee Raises - 3 sets of 10 reps
Ab Roller - 8 sets of 30 reps

I didn't eat a good breakfast, the oatmeal bar I ate on the way out the door didn't cut it. I felt light headed and cut the workout short. I won't let that happen again.
