I am SO back into the swing of things, I love it.
Cardio : Treadmill - 20 minutes- 10 minutes running @5.5mph @incline 0.5, 10 minutes speed walking @3.9mph @incline 9.5. Crunched for time!
*Stretching*
Circuit (Lower Body): Leg Extension - 3 sets of 12 reps @ 60/60/70 lbs Seated Leg Press - 3 sets of 12 reps @ 80/90/90 lbs Leg Curls - 3 sets of 12 reps @50/60/70
Abs : Hanging Knee Lifts - 4 sets of 12 reps Ab Roller - 10 sets of 30 reps Decline Bench Crunches - 3 sets of 20 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball. Exercise Ball Crunches - 3 sets of 20 reps Ab Machine - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 90/100/100
