I bought two more pairs of jeans from bluenotes today (oops!) and they are a size smaller then I normally wear. I fit into them perfectly right now but I will have to keep up with the gym workouts in order to KEEP fitting into them! motivation baby!

Cardio :
Treadmill - 20 minutes - 14 minutes running @5.5mph @incline 1 and 6 minutes @ incline 12.5 @ 3.8 mph. I was going to go longer but my hip/leg joints were very sore so I spent 10 minutes or more stretching them out.

*Stretching*

I had an epiphany today, I realized that I dread using the circuit equipment because it takes SO long, especially when it's busy. So I decided to break it down into Chest, back & tri then calves, quads & hamstrings etc, so I guess upper body/lower body to simply put it.

Circuit (Upper Body):
Pecs - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 25/25/35
Vertical Bench - 3 sets of 10 reps @15/15/20
Tricep Machine - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 15/20/25
Bicep Curls - 3 sets of 10 reps @15/15/20
Hyper Extensions - 4 sets of 10 reps holding a 8lb medicine ball! Buh Bye love handle chub!

Abs :
Exercise Ball Crunches - 3 sets of 30 reps
Ab Roller - 3 sets of 30 reps

Thought about tanning today, but I put it off, I may go tomorrow.
