I didn't get home until 2am, got up @ 6am, went to the gym with Bria @ 8am. Hardcore, not really lol!

Cardio :
Treadmill - 30 minutes, 15 minutes walking @ inlcine 1.0-5.5 @3.5-4.0 mph, 15 minutes running @ 5.5-6.0mph. I was very impressed with my running today, I wasn't even that winded, my lungs are getting stronger!

Bria's knee was aching and I was feeling the effects of last nights drinking binge so we called it quits, my abs thanked me.
