I didn't plan on going to the gym today, but I had an urge so off I went. Again, without music!
Cardio : Treadmill - 30 minutes total- 10 minutes @ incline 9.5, 10 minutes @ incline 12.5, 5 minutes @ incline 14.5 and 5 minutes cool down @ incline 1.0, all at 3.5-4.0 mph. I really like using a high incline as it increases the intensity of the workout without having to dramatically increase the speed. It's hard, but worth it if you don't feel up to running.
Abs : Hanging Knee Raises - 4 sets of 10 reps Ab Roller - 3 sets of 30 reps Decline Bench Crunches - 3 sets of 20 reps holding a 10lb medicine ball. Exercise Ball Crunches - 3 sets of 30 reps
