I had such a great sleep today, I slept from 10am-8pm, trust me I needed it. I haven't been getting any sleep latley.
For some reason my mind was playing tricks on me again and I was sure I had gained at LEAST 5lbs, but I actually lost weight. Ugh, Sometimes I wish I could see my body from someone elses perspective.
I decided that Charles had to try pilates! Lets just say he has a new found respect for pilates. Told ya it would hurt ;)!
Cardio : Pilates- 25 Minutes of Pilates - I did the Buns and Thigh sculpting workout.
Cardio : Pilates- 25 Minutes of Pilates - I did the Ab sculpting workout. Lots of stretching after :)
Feeling much better.
