I have been noticing a change in my legs, they are starting to look toned! I really need to target my Abs now.
Cardio :
Pilates- 25 Minutes of Pilates - I did the Buns and Thigh sculpting workout.
Abs :
Crunches- 5 sets of 50 reps
Exercise Ball Crunches- 3 sets of 30 reps
V-Sits- 3 sets of 12 reps
