I went to the AFC three days in a row so I decided to stretch out my muscles with pilates today. I had a bad migraine today and pilates didn't help :(.

Cardio :
Pilates- 25 Minutes of Pilates - I did the Buns and Thigh sculpting workout.


Abs :
Crunches- 3 sets of 50 reps
