Morning Pilates
Cardio :
Pilates- 25 Minutes of Pilates - I did the Buns and Thigh sculpting workout.
Abs :
Crunches- 4 sets of 50 reps
Crunches on Exercise Ball- 6 sets of 30 reps
Evening Pilates
Cardio :
Pilates- 25 Minutes of Pilates - I did the Buns and Thigh sculpting workout.
Abs :
Crunches- 3 sets of 100 reps
Pilates KILLED today. I always do the buns and thigh CD from memory so latley I've been doing double the reps and oh does it burn.
Can't complain, I love it!!
