I couldn't find my sports bra so this led to a very short cardio workout!
Cardio : Elliptical- 15 minutes on program 6 @incline 8-12 @intensity 6-8 Bike - 10 minutes on the fat burning program @ level 6 *Stretching*
Circuit : Pecs - 2 sets of 15 reps @ 30/30 lbs Vertical Bench - 2 sets of 15 reps @15/20 Tricep Machine - 2 sets of 15 reps @ 15/20 Leg Extension - 2 sets of 15 reps @ 50/6 Seated Leg Press - 2 sets of 15 reps @ 80/90 Leg Curls - 2 sets of 10 reps @50/60 Bicep Curls - 2 sets of 10 reps @30/40 Ab Machine - 3 sets of 15 reps @ 90/100/100
Abs : Ab Roller - 4 sets of 30 reps Decline Sit-Ups - 3 sets of 25 reps all holding a 10lb medicine ball.
