What a blustery day!

Cardio :
Treadmill - 30 minutes- 10 minutes running @5.5-6.5mph @incline 1.0, 20 minutes speed walking @3.8mph @incline 12.5!

*Stretching*

Circuit (Lower Body):
Leg Extension - 3 sets of 12 reps @ 60/60/70 lbs
Seated Leg Press - 3 sets of 12 reps @ 80/90/90 lbs
Leg Curls - 3 sets of 12 reps @60/60/70

Abs :
Ab Roller - 7 sets of 30 reps

*Stretching*

Short workout, lots of homework to do!
